FMH Mission Statement
Foundational Marketing Hub helps foundation repair and basement waterproofing companies grow with marketing systems built for long-term lead generation.
We help contractors improve local SEO, Google Maps visibility, website performance, paid advertising, content, and follow-up systems so more homeowners can find them, trust them, and schedule inspections.
Our goal is simple: help you capture more of the demand already in your market and turn it into booked jobs.
Building Stronger Foundations: The Story of Foundational Marketing Hub

I’m Seth Rangel, and I started Foundational Marketing Hub because I’ve been on the homeowner side of this problem. I’ve done real basement and drainage work digging out for a sump pump, running drain tile, dealing with foundation cracks, and building systems to move water away from the house. I learned fast that foundation issues are stressful, urgent, and trust-driven and that’s exactly how homeowners shop online.
Most marketing companies sell ads, but they don’t fix what happens after the click: slow websites, weak trust signals, low reviews, missed calls, and no follow-up. FMH exists to fix the system behind the marketing so every lead goes further and contractors win more jobs without relying on one channel.

We Create Industry-Specific Content That Connects
We create industry specific content that connects
Generic marketing content does not work well in foundation repair and waterproofing.
Homeowners searching for help with wall cracks, basement leaks, crawl space moisture, or foundation movement need clear information from a company they can trust.
That is why we create content built around your actual services, your service areas, and the questions homeowners are already asking before they call.
